Anne gets a slightly regular 'library newsletter' which she doesn't need
to read, thank gahd, as she no longer runs the organisation that issues
it. It's an email with an attached M$ Publisher do***ent. I know it's
locked down as tightly as a fish's arse, so I'd need a PeeCee emulator
to read it. This is not a problem, but it's 5.7MBytes. How the hell can
it be that big? Might there be any valid reason for using this daft
format rather than a pdf?
