I'm obviously being denser than normal but I'm having
problems printing landscape 'A3' pages within a PDF onto an A4 printer
from Preview.
Normal printing options give me the vertically central strip from the
PDF page, in A4 pro****tions. The printer driver didn't have a rotate
option (HP Deskjet).
