I tried to help someone put in an old style Air****t card (with black
ariel) in a Quicksilver Mac. The screen output is now pink. The
graphics card is connected to a HDTV telly via an HDMI connection on the
telly side, ordinary DVI on the Mac end.
I'm pretty sure everything's seated correctly; I was surprised to see an
older Air****t card but apparently the small ones don't work in that
machine. But the pinkness baffles me because that's normally because
the cable's loose.
