For reasons which entirely escape me, my Desktop is in the Trash. I've no
idea how I managed to do this. I *think* it may have happened while I was
fannying about trying to move a file to the Trash using Launchbar keyboard
shortcuts, but I'm really not sure. Maybe I had the Desktop selected and
didn't notice? Dunno...
What I am sure about though is that I've got no idea of the best way of
putting things back in their rightful place. I just tried dragging the
folder
Desktop out of the Trash and into my user folder, but instead of moving,
it
starts to copy. And dragging the folder Desktop onto the Desktop does much
the same thing.
Suggestions please? When I first noticed, it kind of appealed to me in a
geeky brainteaser sort of way, but now I'm just plain baffled and starting
to
get a little uncomfortable about the whole thing.
