Mouse cursor funnies

by Tim Streater <timstreater@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 16, 2008 at 10:35 PM

A lot of the time, the cursor I have is completely the wrong one. It
might be the I-beam or something else, but it doesn't seem to get
corrected when, e.g., I click on the desktop. Then it should switch back
to the ordinary pointer - but very often it doesn't.

Right now it's the I-beam, wherever I click. Checking mail in Eudora
changed it to the stopwatch (correct), now it's back to the I-beam
again, drat it. Hmmm, I wonder if it's Eudora, which is having some
funnies also under Leopard after working fine in Tiger.

I've only been seeing this (the cursor thingy, I mean) in the last few
weeks, I think - under 10.5.2 on an Intel Mini.

Anyone seen anything similar?
