What is it?
D3V is the movie format for Datel Games 'n Music on the Nintendo DS.
It's a format where the video is 256x192 24 fps MPEG1 and the audio is
MPEG2.
I've tried QT Pro ex****t but that doesn't have any kind of MPEG ex****t
(save
for MPEG-4).
VLC appears not to do what I need.
So... What to do?
The device comes with a Microsoft(R) Windows(TM) executable for converting
files which are playable with Media Player to this format, but that'll run
slower than a slow thing on VPC.
So how do I create this format file from a playable video file on a Mac?
