Does anybody have any idea why the Alt/Cmd_F11 shortcut for Full Screen
works sometimes and not others? Same with Option_F11 and F4. They all
replicate the Cmd_O or Open command. Using 9.27, build 3731 on OS X
10.4.11. This has been happening on and off for several months.
