Command+R and F5 should refresh webpages in the Opera Standard
keyboard.ini, F7 is set to "Activate hotlist window". You can use the
Quick find field in he shortcut editor to detect what's in use. Go to
Opera > Preferences > Advanced > Shortcuts and edit the Keyboard setup,
then enter e.g. 'reload' in the quick find field on top.
I'd like to propose that you return to the Opera standard keyboard setup
and then edit/add to that one to make sure that all the defaults are used
as a basis.
