Sometimes my F4, Cmd_F8, Option_F11, Cmd_F11 work but most of the time
they don't. I made a shortcut for Javascript Enable (Cmd_J) and
Javascript Disable (Cmd_****ft_J) that always work. So I guess
something is conflicting with the other shortcuts. Any idea how to
find out where the conflict is? I've tried Opera operating alone and
there doesn't seem to be anything in Activity Monitor that is running
in the background. F7 now refreshes webpages now and it never used
to.
