Opera Won't Load

Im using OS X 10.4.9 on a PPC Mac Mini, I have downloaded 9.2.1 and it 
will not load at all. Well, it will oad, ask me what I want to do, like 
a blank page or home page, and then I can click eithor, and Opera will 
freeze up, everytime.
