Using the latest OS X and found lately that F4, which usually brought
up Panels, now brings up a new window. Alt_F11 and Opt_F11 also don't
work. Any ideas where to start looking to find the source of this
problem? Keyboard shortcuts in my other programs/apps seem to be fine.
