Hello Joey,
You didn't specify the operating system you are running but I hope that I
can help you out here.
Move your mouse onto your screen and right-click it. A dialog box will
appear. The last item on the list is named "Properties". Left-Click at the
properties item. The "Display Properties" dialog box will open. In there
you select the "Desktop" tap and within the "desktop" dialog you will see
a
section called "Background". In here you can change your background
image.
