Roxio came bundled with my Blackberry Desktop Manager, and now I can't
watch
DVD movies on my laptop. I used "Microsoft Win XP video decoder check up
utility" and found a Roxio decoder that is incompatible with Win Media
player; RealPlayer won't even work now. I uninstalled the BB Desktop
Manager
and Roxio remained in the PC. Roxio is not in "add and remove". I used
Windows Install Cleanup and deleted everything Roxio, it is still there. I
went to Local Disc C in My Computer and deleted all of Roxio, and it is
still
there. I called Blackberry Sup****t from Sprint and they said they are
aware
but had no solution. I have Sprint Blackberry 8130 and 4.3 Desktop
Manager.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
