Replacing original video audio with new audio

by =?Utf-8?B?dG9vb2xk?= <tooold@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 10, 2008 at 09:19 AM

I am new to this and just can not figure out how to "dub" (I think is the
term) new audio to replace existing audio on a video downloaded into
Windows
Movie Maker.

Or let's say I record a video and could care less about the sound that is
recorded with it and want to repalce that sound with music I select.

I can not find a very simplistic 1,2,3 list of steps to accomplish this.

Thanks!
