Installing Office on a computer having no earlier version

by "Carol" <CarolLStone8@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Dec 12, 2006 at 02:18 PM

I just installed Office 2004 on a new Mac after removing the test drive
version as directed. Now I can't activate it because the earlier
versions I have are on old computers (Mac and PC) and used floppy disks
for the installations. I have the old product ID numbers. Calling the
Office activation number was useless; it helps only with business
accounts and Office XP. Can anyone suggest a solution?
