Hi Robin!

You'll need to consult your cell phone's do***entation to see what it 
can sup****t. Syncing is the common method of transferring information 
between Outlook and phones but if you're using a Blackberry then other 
options may be available to you.

If you have further questions then I suggest you post in an Outlook for 
Windows newsgroup instead of this one for Macs. Be sure to post with 
specifics of your cell phone (model, etc.) as well as where and how you 
use Outlook.

Also, consult your cell phone manufacturer's website for solutions they 
offer.
