i've had outlook for a while, but all of a sudden it is not allowing me to
open links in emails. the error message is "this operation has been
canceled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system
administrator."
however, this is my personal computer - not a company computer
how do i get it back to how it was?
