Entourage 2008 sync services does not sync entries in my contacts list with
Address Book.app even though I've checked the 'Address Book' box and told
it
that Entourage has precedence.
I've also enabled sync'ing with iCal. This works, sort of, with two
problems:
1. Even though there was no 'Entourage' calendar previously in iCal, and
even though I configured Entourage so that its entries have precedence,
some
all-day entries appeared twice in the Entourage Calendar after sync'ing.
I'm
slowly going through and manually deleting these.
2. iSync repeatedly finds 675 conflicts between the Entourage and iCal
calendars even though I tell it to use Entourage every time.
This is all to sync contacts and appointments with a Nokia E61 phone using
iSync. There's no Exchange involved here; it's just the phone, an MPB
running Leopard 10.5.2, and Entourage 12.0.1 080305.
This all previously worked fine under Tiger and Entourage 2004.
How to get contacts and appointments reliably sync'd?
