I am a PC convert that used to use Vista with Outlook 2003. Since I am in
IT, I get a lot of firewall / server status messages in my inbox daily. In
outlook 2003 I used to periodically archive old messages and then compress
my outlook database so that it was a manageable size.
Is there ANY way to do this in entourage?
My database has been growing to well over 1.5 gb in size even when I
delete
old messages.
I have read about im****t / ex****t methods of reducing my database size by
periodically establi****ng a new database and im****ting my old mail, but
that
is a VERY crude method to fix the issue.
Is it possible that there is NO tool to manage this?
