i use to see this in Entourage X and am seeing now in Entourage
2004.
There is an email message (or 2) in my delete file. it does not show
when i click on the folder, the sorting folder shows it as in my
yesterday email and Thursday. when i try to select the message by
clicking on or in these folders, the program freezes and i get the
error message "unknown error (4362) has occurred." the folder also
shows that whatever message it is has not been read, so i know it is
there.
this error requires me to force quit the application to regain use of
it.
in the older version, i figured out this was tied to my junk filter
and the message in question was always spam of some type. The work
around was to shut the junk filter off, then i could delete the
message.
that doesn't work here.
any ideas?
