TiPBG4, 10.4.11, Entourage 11.3.6, Exchange 2003

Iım using WebDAV to access the server. Mail, calendar work fine, but I
canıt access information in the public folders. I can see all the public
folders (under Public Folders\All Public Folders), some appear as folders,
others as calendars, etc. In particular, our company has a phone list and
a
company travel diary. The phone list shows as a folder, but the folder
appears empty in Entourage. On my PC running Outlook, the folder has the
proper listing. The company travel diary takes forever (over an hour) to
begin displaying items in Entourage, and I lose the information every time
I
switch back to the Mail folder. In Outlook on the PC, information is
immediately visible each time I access the travel diary calendar.

Hopefully this is enough information to start a dialog for helping me to
get
full access to the public folder information via Entourage. Iım in the
process of converting my IT guys to supporting Macs on the Exchange
server,
and I am the test case. I badly want to throw the PC into the bin and go
full-time on a Mac and so do many others in my company.

Looking forward to any helpful suggestions...

Kind regards,
jbrewer
