I'm running Entourage 2004 on OSX 10.4.11. I regularly archive my email to
keep the Entourage database from getting too big. I have my emails sorted
in
folders and I simply drag the folder to my backup drive where it creates a
mbox file and then delete the folder within Entourage. As a test, I
reim****ted the mbox file and I noticed that not all of the emails were
there. In one case 1/3 of them were gone. I work in an office and this has
happened to 2 of us today. Any thoughts on this?
