I use Entourage 2004 and it works fine on Leopard. Just be sure to do all
the updates for Entourage (Help, Check for updates).
To copy all of your settings to a new Mac, just copy the folder "Microsoft
User Data" to the do***ents folder of your new Mac and reinstall your
version of Office.
When you open Entourage, all your settings and accounts will be there.
You
will probably have to reenter your passwords for your accounts.
