It's not a PC-to-Mac problem, it's specifically a problem with a
misconfigured Outlook and can affect even recipients who are also using
PCs but receiving mail in other clients.

Here's an explanation of the problem and what the Outlook user needs to
do to fix the problem at the sending end:
