The problem comes along when you copy movie files from your mobile to 
your MAC hard disc. This happens because it depends how you record the 
movie with your mobile. It can be that you hold the mobile in the normal 
way or you turn it.

The question is how can I rotate the movie afterwards? I mean if I take 
a picture with my photo cam than it can also be easily possible that you 
  need to rotate the taken picutures afterwards.
