I'm confused as to why you posted this in the Macintosh.general newsgroup.
Unless I'm missing something I should have read between the lines, I don't
see any reference to Macs in your post.

Unless there is some Apple-centric reason I didn't see, you should post
this
to either the SBS newsgroup or the Exchange newsgroup, possibly even
cross-posting to both. Here is a list of all the public MS newsgroups so
