This is weird. I've been seeing this on just one (out of six) of my DCs on
one of my production domains. Each month I apply updates to the server
while
logged in remotely, then I reboot it. Each month I have to go to the
server
and log on locally, then log off. Only after that can I log on via RDP.
I've seen a few of these posts here and there in the past couple of weeks,
but yours was the first involving a non-server Windows version.
I wonder what's going on.
