Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Anyone seen this error or know how to address the problem?
I get this when attempting to log into my windows xp pro system after
connecting to it with RDC. So after I have established the connection, I
am unable to log into the windows system.
My guess is that I need to set up a permission or some other setting on my
windows setting.
Can anyone help???
