I'm not familiar with TSGate at all but from what I just researched it 
has nothing to do with RDC. It's gateway networking software.

Your company must have some unusual networking needs (are you using 
dial-up or maybe ISDN?) that requires the use of this software. You'll 
need to resolve your Mac's network connectivity before trying to use 
RDC. Contact your network administrator and find out why they use TSGate 
and then research for Mac equivalents.
