Office 2008 12.1.1 Does Not Install

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

After doing an analasys of my disk, prior to installing this update, I get
the message back that my disk does not have the required software
installed. I DO have the required software as I am now running v.12.1.0.
and OS 10.4.9.

What could I be doing wrong. I have made the two previous updates without
any problems.
