I'm afraid that neither OS 8 nor Pagemaker are MS products and since you
don't indicate exactly what the error message contains or what
specifically
triggers it there's not much likelihood that anyone here is going to have
"instant recall" on something like this:-)... Especial since both are so
out
of date. You may have better luck in the Adobe sup****t area.
OLE 2 would be relevant to Office 98 or prior, so the only guess I can
make
is that you are dealing with a file having content from a Word/Office
(6.0x?) do***ent that somehow involves an embedded or linked object.
