Is it really this difficult?
We were convinced to switch from QB because MOA was suppossed to be so
superior - however, now that we have switched - I am finding out that
accepting credit cards is a whole process....
In QB, you check a box that says "Allow online payment" and your invoice
includes a link that they can go to and pay their invoice. No such thing
in
MOA!
We finally got all set up with Chase and now they tell us it only works
online if you have a "Shopping Cart" on your website! We are a service
company and have no use for a "Shopping Cart".
And now - Chase tells me that MOA is not "batching" our manual charges so
the money is stuck in cyberspace. Does anyone know how to force "batching"
at
the end of the day?
