Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

My wife and I both bought MacBooks (Intel). I bought Office:Mac (three
copy version). Within the first year, we both had hard drive failures.
Software was reinstalled. Now only one of us can operate Office programs
at a time. Apparently,it has thought it was installed four times rather
than two. How do I correct this and use the 3rd copy on my son's Mac?
