I just moved to Berlin, and hadn't had time to purchase the new Office mac
2008 in the States before I left. When i purchased it in germany, i was
told, after asking, that it was identical to the American version. Of
course, it is--except for the fact that everything is in German. I can't
figure out how to change the language preferences so that all of the menu
items (file, save, open, edit, etc.) are in English. I am hoping this is
possible (I have a hard time believing it isn't on this latest release),
but haven't yet figured out how. Of course, calling Microsoft, they tell
me I have to call German customer service, despite the fact that I don't
speak a lick of German.
any help would be appreciated!
