Exchange and Mail 3.2 setup ?

I am trying to configure Mail to use with Exchange and I can't get it to
work.

It is unclear which ****ts to use, which server info to put where, etc.

Here is what I was given by the Exchange server people:

1. E-mail address
2. Username
3. Domain (= MAIL)
4. Proxy server for Exchange (= exchange.serviceprovidername.com)
5. Microsoft Exchange server (= MAIL092.mail.lan)

1 & 2 I get. The rest of the setup is very confusing.

Any ideas?
