This sounds like a problem with your certificate. Are you sure it's not?
Entourage is only doing what it should do, which is warn you that
something is wrong. You might try editing your IMAP account's settings
under the Options tab to enable Live Sync and prevent Entourage from
disconnecting and reconnecting (resulting in the message) from your
serve. This will only work if your server sup****ts Live Sync and may not
even work. Just a hunch.
Otherwise, see if you can get a properly configured certificate from
your server's administrator. Im****t that into your keychain using the
Keychain Access utility.
