Mac development environment?

I develop software for PCs using Visual Studio (6 and .net 2005) and would 
like to ****t the software to the Macintosh (Intel version only).  I have 
been unable to find on the Microsoft website any information about 
cross-development for the Mac, except for old versions of C++.  Are there 
any plans to sup****t development for the Mac with Visual Studio .net?
