Hi Mark -You might try this first:
Control/Right-Click one of your toolbars & you should find the Customize
Toolbars & Menus... command available there. If so just go into the
dialog,
on the Toolbars page click the name of the Menu Bar then click Reset. If
that doesn't correct it, go back in & on the Commands page locate the
Customize Toolbars & Menus... command [near the bottom of the Tools
Category] then drag it to the appropriate position in the Menu Toolbar's
View list [between Toolbars & Navigation Pane] - or put it wherever you
like:-)
