I would like to create a do***ent in which a header and footer appear on
page 1. However, on page 2 I only want the footer, not the header. I tried
inserting a "section break - Next Page" at the bottom of page 1. But when I
delete the header on page 2, it is automatically erased on page 1. How can
I create this do***ent, with a header on page 1, but not page 2. Thanks
