Just to clarify, though -- there's no reason you can't create a new
toolbar,
copy over from the Standard toolbar all the default buttons you want to
use,
close the Standard toolbar (for good) and add the new button to the new
toolbar.
Caveat: I'm in Word 2004; this may not be the case in Word 2008, so it's
best to await confirmation by my learned, adventurous colleagues...
