Unfortunately Apple saw fit to commandeer the keystroke for
Dashboard/Expose
- you can change that through System Prefs as well as assign a different
keystroke to it in Word, but in the meantime just Control/Right+Click the
TOC field & select Update Field from the shortcut menu.
