Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that there is now a patch available for
EndNote X1 users that will restore cite-while-you-write functionality to
Word 2008. You can download the patch here:

I've installed it on my Intel C2D Mac Mini and it seems to work well. As
someone who depends on Word and EndNote for a living, learning that the X1
patch had finally been released was quite a pleasant surprise. I can
finally stop using Word v.X!
