can only print first page

hello,

 I am not sure what's wrong. I am trying to print a mail merge do***ent. I

can only print the first page, even though I ask for ranges. I don't get
any 
error message. I can go through each page and see that data, but I can't 
preview it all or print it all.  Can somebody help?
