Arial displays Greek Text

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

A powerpoint created and opened in ppt 2008 displays all Arial Regular
formatted text in Greek. Opening the same file in PPT 2004 and Arial is
fine! I've uninstalled/reinstalled Office 2008 several times. Deleted
prefs, font caches to no avail. Loggin as another user, same problem.
However some other Macs display Arial Regular just fine. Word and Excel
display the Arial font properly- it's only PPT '08 that's having this
problem. Anyone having an idea wha't making ppt display Greek text with
Arial and how to stop it is appreciated!
