Making PDF

by LVogt@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Jul 16, 2008 at 10:14 PM

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC

When I try to make a PDF from PPT 2008 I get a lot of white space around
the slide image. I can't control the white space around the slide image.

I had particular difficulty PDFing a 16x9 PPT. I couldn't control the huge
size or orientation of the white page the slide image appeared on.
We resorted to opening the PPT in Keynote and it ex****ted to PDF
effortlessly.

I also read PPT-PDFs are huge. How does one control the PDF parameters?
When ex****ting Adobe items one gets a dialogue of options. (I know PDF is
an Adobe format)

Any tips? Thanks
