Hi there, I have a few questions before I can help you here. If you could
let me know a little more detail, then hopefully we can get to the bottom
of this. :)

- What animation effect are you using right now? Are you using an entrance
or emphasis effect? It sounds like you are using an emphasis effect...but
you want an entrance effect (which will bring up bullet points one by one)
- are you practicing your slide show using Presenter Tools right now? If
you are, then yes, when you hook up to a projector, the presenter tools
view should show on your laptop and the "audience slide show view" will
show from the projector. Also, when you say that the list is dark and
blurred, if you are using Presenter Tools, it will tend to do that when
loading the Presenter view. This will NOT show in the audience slide show
view (the blurring).

- SmartArt graphics - see if you can take off some formatting on the
graphics, such as blur, reflection, shadow. These take up more memory and
may cause the animation to slow down.
