Can't open a file

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

I've created a PPT presentation, but it desappeared from my USB key (all
PPT files have gone) and I can't find it on my PPT application either.
Whenever I try to ipen the last created do***ent, it says it is no more
available.
