You can add a Line Spacing command button to a toolbar which gets you into
the Format> Paragraph dialog a bit more quickly but there isn't anything
to
incrementally adjust line spacing by way of a button. Fortunately they
fixed
the flaw in 2004's paragraph spacing buttons but evidently didn't see a
need
to add buttons for line spacing control.
