Been having this problem for a while. I drag a picture on a page, and when
I release the cursor, instead of the picture staying put where I left it,
it always JUMPS about 1/4-1/2 inch in some direction. The ONLY way to
position it correctly is to highlight it and ****ge it using the arrow
keys.
Verrrrry annoying.
