Given that print preview is gone, how does the "new" and "improved" print
dialog and print view button, which takes longer than the old print
preview, interact with page setup (i.e., can page setup be used within
Apple's print preview). If not, is there a easy and fast way to use page
setup and quickly see the resulting page?
